The beach promenade is a strech and take you to Cabopino in Marbella in 1,5 hour. There are a few restaurants along the promenade. La Cala de Mijas is only 25 minutes drive with a car from the airport, 20 minutes to Marbella and only 7 minutes to Fuengirola. Close to everything.
