El Rosario is a residential area, divided into two parts by the coastal road N340. On the beach side is Las Chapas Playa, not to confuse with Hacienda Las Chapas, and on the other side of the road you find El Rosario. Las Chapas Playa consists mainly of villas, constructed on plots of 1,000 1,000 m² and more, with southern exposure and panoramic sea views. Due to its proximity to Marbella and only 30 minutes driving time to the Malaga international airport, El Rosario became a very one of the most popular residential areas in Costa del Sol.
