Azahara is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this two-bedroom apartment situated in the popular complex Azahara 1 with a great view of Aloha golf club, the famous mountain La Concha and a partial sea view from the covered terrace and with all you need for a chilled out holiday just walking distance.
The apartment features with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living and dining room that opens up to the terrace. It also has a small private roof terrace. Within the gated complex there is community swimming pool (saltwater) that is children friendly and the apartment includes private, under roof parking.The apartment is fully fitted as a holiday home. Only a few minutes walking distance away you can find shops, restaurants and paddle/tennis club. A car is not necessarily needed here, but the nearest beach in Puerto Banus is 5 minutes drive away.There is also a bus stop right outside on the street for you to easily take.
Not ideal for guests with reduced mobility as there are staircase to access the apartment.
From Azahara 1 (Casa Concha) it is close to Puerto Banus 5 minutes drive by car and Marbella centre10 minutes where you will find everything from restaurants, the amazing beach, shops and stores. If you fancy playing golf you have close to popular courses like Aloha Golf club, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos.
